Home smoked Tuna and Wahoo petals on mixed leaves with citronette
Aubergine, zucchini and smoked mozzarella Lasagnette au gratin

Beef roasted in bacon and rosemary with Morellino wine sauce with roasted Potato and spinach

Scallops and small vegetables braised on goat cheese mousse
Prawns and Zucchini Tempura
Cold finger pastry
